01Agreement

These terms apply to your use of MoraWP, including this website, the MoraWP Dashboard, the MoraWP Plugin, and the connections between your AI agents and your WordPress websites. By creating an account or using MoraWP, you agree to them. If you use MoraWP for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

02The service

MoraWP connects the AI agents you choose to your WordPress websites and lets you decide which abilities each agent may use on each website. MoraWP is under active development, so features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

03Your account and workspaces

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us about any unauthorized use. Workspace owners decide who joins a workspace, which roles they have, and which websites and agents it holds, and they are responsible for the activity in it.

04Your websites and agents

You may only connect websites you own or are authorized to manage, and agents you are allowed to use.

You decide which abilities are switched on for each website, and you are responsible for the actions your agents take with them. AI agents can misunderstand requests or make mistakes, so review their work, use dry runs where they are offered, and switch on high-impact abilities only when you need them.

MoraWP does not filter what an ability returns. When an ability is on, your agent receives the full information it returns. Keep regular backups of your websites; MoraWP is not a backup service.

05Other services

AI agents, WordPress, and the plugins and themes on your websites are provided by others and are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for how they work or how they handle your information.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MoraWP to break the law or the rights of others.
• Access websites, accounts, or data you are not authorized to.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to break the security of MoraWP.
• Use MoraWP to send spam or malware, or to harm others.
• Resell or copy MoraWP, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

07Plans and payment

Some features require a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and prices are shown before you pay. Refunds follow the terms shown at checkout and any rights you have under the law. We will tell you before any price change applies to your plan.

08Your content

You keep all rights to your websites and their content. You give MoraWP permission to handle that content only as needed to provide the service, such as carrying requests and answers and recording your activity. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

09Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

10Suspension and ending

You can stop using MoraWP and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if your use puts others or MoraWP at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first.

11Disclaimers

MoraWP is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that MoraWP will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the actions of AI agents will be correct.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MoraWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to MoraWP is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you have not paid us.

13Indemnity

You agree to cover MoraWP against claims arising from your websites, your content, the actions you allow your agents to take, or your breach of these terms.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When the changes are significant, we will tell you by email or in the Dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use MoraWP after that means you accept the updated terms.
