01About this policy

This policy explains what information MoraWP collects when you use this website, the MoraWP Dashboard, the MoraWP Plugin, and the connections between your AI agents and your WordPress websites, and how that information is used.

02Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run MoraWP for you:

Account information: your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign up or sign in.
Workspace information: workspace names, members, invitations, roles, and settings.
Website information: the address of each website you connect, its connection status, the MoraWP Plugin version, the plugins and themes it reports, and the results of health checks.
Agent connections: which AI apps you connected, when, and to which websites.
Activity: each ability your agents run, with the agent, the website, the result, the time, and the short summary the agent sends.
Billing information: your plan, its status, and billing history. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Support messages: what you send us when you write to us.
Technical information: limited records needed to keep MoraWP secure and working, such as error reports with personal details removed and security logs.

03What passes through MoraWP

When your agent uses an ability, MoraWP carries the request to your website and the answer back to your agent. MoraWP does not filter what an ability returns, so your agent receives the full information it returns, which can include private details such as customer or order data. Only switch on the abilities you are comfortable sharing.

We use this information to complete the request and record it in your activity. We do not sell it.

04How we use information

To provide MoraWP: connecting websites and agents, checking abilities, recording activity, and sending notifications.
To keep MoraWP and your websites secure, and to prevent abuse.
To handle billing and your plan.
To answer your questions and support requests.
To fix problems and keep the service reliable.
To meet legal obligations.

We send you emails about your account, your websites, and your workspace. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that run parts of MoraWP for us, such as hosting, sign-in, payments, email, and error reporting. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
With the AI agents you connect, which receive what the abilities you switch on return. Each AI app handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
With people in your workspace, who can see the websites, agents, and activity their role allows.
When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and of MoraWP.
As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

07How long we keep information

We keep account and workspace information while your account is open. You can see Activity for the period your plan includes. We keep it for 90 days to keep MoraWP secure and to answer support requests, then delete it. When you delete your account, we delete your information or make it anonymous, except where we must keep it for legal, tax, or security reasons. Copies in backups are removed as the backups expire.

08Your choices and rights

You can remove an agent or a website, change your abilities, and leave or delete a workspace at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, write to [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

09Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of who can reach it. Your WordPress password never passes through MoraWP. No service can be completely secure, so please tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

10International transfers

MoraWP and its service providers may process information in countries other than yours. When we do, we use appropriate safeguards to protect it.

11Children

MoraWP is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as MoraWP changes. When the changes are significant, we will tell you by email or in the Dashboard before they take effect.
